Program of Villa Privilege Day

More information:

This day, which is undoubtedly of great historical value for the residents of this town, signifies the efforts of our ancestors to achieve freedom of power, and the beginning of a new era that has lasted up to the present day.

Among the events that take place every year, it is worth mentioning the act of renewal of the title of town in which the granting of the title is represented as it happened.
Parallel to all the events, visitors can enjoy guided tours of the Municipal Historical Archive, where every year parchments from the 15th century are displayed, and where the document of the title of Villa, granted by Felipe V, can be found. Theatre shows, craft demonstrations, concerts, etc., will surprise the visitor.

There will also be a craft market, where local craftsmen and craftswomen, as well as those from outside the province of Guadalajara, will have the opportunity to show their products and the effort to continue maintaining the most traditional trades of our country.
