The municipality of Blanca celebrates the Patron Saint Fiestas in honour of San Roque 2023 from 8 to 16 August.

The Blanca Town Council's Department of Festivities has organised the programme for the fiestas in honour of the patron saint of the municipality, San Roque. There will be different activities for all ages.

The traditional running of the bulls, which will once again take place in the streets of the old town, will be held on 11 August at 15:00.

Tuesday, August 8

  • 8:00 p.m. Chupinazo start of the festivities. Place: Plaza de la Iglesia Then caña y tapa with Los Informes.
  • 10:00 p.m. Show Gelatin Kids, the dolls of TV. Place: Municipal Park.

Wednesday, August 9

  • 10:00 p.m. Proclamation by Victorino Martín presented by José Antonio Cano Martínez, president of the Círculo Taurino
  • Next, a concert by candlelight, with the Blanca Musical Group. Location: Church Square

Thursday, August 10

  • 8:00 p.m. Child lockdown. Organized by: Peña Manolete. Traditional tour of the old town
  • 11:00 p.m. Maxims Orchestra. Place: Municipal Park
