Festive Programme 2022

THURSDAY, 1st September

  • 12:00 Departure of the comparsa de cabezudos, accompanied by the Almonacid Band and the authorities.
  • 18:00 Tribute to the Elderly in the pavilion, organised by the peña LA ESTRELLA, with a performance by the jota group "VILLA DE LONGARES".
  • 18:30 Charanga (brass band) to the courts, and the end of the indoor football championship.
  • 21:00 General Rosary.
  • 23:45 Concentration in the square, with distribution of "Agua de Valencia" by the peña EL CACHONDEO,
    banner competition and the reading of the Proclamation of the fiestas by Doctor BERTA VIÑADO OTEO.
    Afterwards, charanga (brass band) by the peñas.
  • 03:30 Olive stone throwing competition in the peña LOS COLGAOS.

FRIDAY, 2nd September

  • 10:00 Reveille.
  • 12:00 Perosi Mass in honour of our patron saints San Vicente and San Gonzalo.
  • 18:00 Procession and Dance of the Paloteo (Festival of Tourist Interest in Aragon) in honour of our patron saints San Vicente and San Gonzalo.
  • 20:30 Dancing in the square with the BANDA DE ALMONACID, and lantern competition.
  • 23:30 Bullfighting carriage for children, by the Torrelongares bullfighters.
  • 00:01 Bull running through the streets (Iván López livestock farm).
  • 01:00 DISCOPLAY with DJs SERGIO ORIGINALS, ERIK ROMERO, CHEMA CORTÉS and DAVID HERRANDO.

SATURDAY, 3rd September

  • 08:00 Lunch of migas and fried eggs, sponsored by the Sociedad de Cazadores "La Dehesa".
  • 09:00 Running of the bulls (Javier Soria Livestock Farm).
  • 11:00 Mass in memory of our deceased.
  • 12:00 Storytelling in the square: "1+1=1" by DANIEL TEJERO AND CHARRAIRE CUENTERAS.
    (Activity subsidised by the Plan de Igualdad para Todos y Todas de la DPZ).
  • 16:30 Coffee-concert with the LA PRINCIPAL Orchestra.
  • 18:00 Bullfighting (Livestock Farm Iván López) with an exhibition of veteran bullfighters to raise funds for the Aragonese Multiple Sclerosis Association (ADEMA).
  • 00:01 Bull of Ronda (Livestock Murillo Conde).
  • 01:00 Dance with the LA PRINCIPAL Orchestra. At half-time, bingo. At the end, DJ LUIS REDONDO.

SUNDAY, 4th September

  • 10:00 reveille.
  • 11:00 Sunday Mass.
  • 12:00 Children's Cucañas in the square.
  • 14:30 Rancho competition.
  • 16:30 Mojito tasting in the square, organised by the peña EL JORCÓN.
  • 16:45 Charanga mojada with prize for the most original costume.
  • 18:00 Long bull run (Murillo Conde Livestock Farm).
  • 22:45 Bull of Ronda, followed by a football-cow competition (Javier Soria livestock farm).
  • 00:30 Discomóvil with the hits of the 20th century (free drink for those who come in fancy dress).

MONDAY, 5th September

  • 10:30 Children's playground in the Plaza de San Antonio.
  • 11:30 Horseshoe shooting in the peña LA BECERRADA.
  • 13:00 Tapas competition in Plaza de España.
  • 16:30 Wink and rabinote competition in the pavilion, organised by the peña EL TORIL.
  • 19:00 Children's fancy dress dance in the square, with CANTAJUEGOS Tribute by the group SÚPER ÉXITOS.
  • 23:30 "PAJARITOS CON HUMOR", show with MARÍA JESÚS Y SU ACORDEÓN and the showman JORDI LP. After the show, bingo organised by the peña EL 69.
  • 01:30 Charanga AIRES DEL HUERVA for the peñas, departing from the pavilion.

TUESDAY, 6th September

  • 10:00 reveille.
  • 12:00 Foam party in the square.
  • 14:00 Lunch organised by the "Virgen de la Puerta" Women's Association.
  • 17:15 Coffee-concert with the VENDETTA SHOW Orchestra.
  • 18:00 Table shooting competition in the peña EL 69.
  • 18:30 Charanga from the pavilion to the square, followed by a chocolate party organised by the peña LA BODEGA.
  • 20:30 Encierro de bueyecitos de la Ganadería Andrea Ochaita.
  • 00:00 Dance with the VENDETTA SHOW Orchestra. At half-time, bingo organised by the peña EL ALBOROTO. At the end of the evening, wings organised by the peña CEDA EL VASO.

WEDNESDAY, 7th September

  • 10:00 reveille.
  • 12:00 Departure of the comparsa de cabezudos, accompanied by the Almonacid Band and the authorities.
  • 14:00 Distribution of stewed veal in the pavilion.
  • 16:30 Coffee-concert with the ENERGY SHOW Orchestra.
  • 18:00 Running of the bulls (Javier Soria Livestock Farm).
  • 21:00 General Rosary.
  • 23:00 Dancing in the square with the BANDA DE ALMONACID.
  • 00:30 Dancing with the ENERGY SHOW Orchestra. At half-time, adult fancy dress competition and bingo. At the end, hot dog supper organised by the peña DE PASO.

THURSDAY, 8th September

  • 10:00 Last reveille.
  • 12:00 Perosi Mass in honour of our patron saint, the Virgen de la Puerta.
  • 18:00 Procession and Dance of the Paloteo (Festival of Tourist Interest in Aragon) in honour of our patron saint, the Virgen de la Puerta.
  • 20:30 Presentation of prizes to the winners of the competitions held during the fiestas.
  • 22:00 Sardinada in the bullring.
  • 00:00 Final fireworks. Afterwards, charanga to the square, distribution of cava, and STUTTGART MUSIC Disco.
