Saturday 29th July

  • 11:00h. Visit to the Organic Garlic Warehouse. Demonstration of garlic growing and forking.
    Starting point: Plaza de Los Fueros. Book in advance: 698953741.
  • 12:00-14:00h. Tour of the bars. Accompanied by Txaranga Gazte Txaranga. Starting point: Plaza de los Fueros.

Sunday 30 July

  • 10:00-14:00h. "Falces Garlic and Local Products Fair".
    Place: Plaza de los Fueros
    Exhibition and sale of Falces garlic and other local products.
    Tasting of garlic soup. Demonstration and making of garlic forks.
  • 11:00h. Historical Tour through the old quarter of Falces. Starting point: Plaza de los Fueros. Advance booking recommended at the Tourism stand or on Tel. 698 953 741.
  • 11:00-13:30h. Pony rides. Organised by Hipica Zahori.
    Place Calle Etxarri. Price 2 Euros per child.
  • 12:00-12:30h. Showcooking.
    Cooking demonstration with garlic by local chef Vicente Ursúa Soto. Dish: Roasted and garlic garlic hummus from Falces with its pil pil.

  • 12:30-13:00h. Presentation of the award to the Falcesino chef Corka Etxarri Tapiaca. VERRI on Arre Restaurant-Restaurant.
  • 13:00h. Ajo Pintxo for the Bars.
