The patron saint festivities of Haro are celebrated on September 8 in honor of the Virgen de la Vega, with processions, offerings and the traditional Rosary of Lanterns, declared of Regional Tourist Interest.

SATURDAY September 3

• 10:00 a.m. On the El Mazo basketball courts and skating rink, HARO CAPITAL DEL RIOJA MIXED 3x3 TOURNAMENT, organized by the Haro Basketball club.
• 10:00 a.m. In the El Mazo park, STREET VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT organized by the Haro Rioja Voley Club, categories Female 2x2, Male 2x2, Mixed 2x2 and SUB15 4X4.

SUNDAY, September 4 FIRST SUNDAY in September

• 9:30 a.m. Cheerful targets through the streets of the City in search of the Prioress and the Trustee Regidor.
• 10:00 a.m. Beginning of the 1st chrono stairway to the hermitage of San Felices.
• 10:00 a.m. Exit of the Romeros towards the fields of Bilibio.
• 11:00 a.m. Holy Mass, in honor of our Patron. Saint Happy.
• 11:00 a.m. CHILDREN AND YOUTH OUTDOOR PAINTING CONTEST.
• 11:30 a.m. CHILDREN'S GAMES and WORKSHOPS, organized by the Youth Brotherhood.
• 12:00 p.m. TASTINGS OF VARIOUS PRODUCTS SUCH AS:
  TASTING of vermouth with the collaboration of Peña Cachondeo.
  SEAFOOD JUG TASTING with sausages, cheeses, fish,...
  POTATOES WITH CHORIZO TASTING, organized by the Brotherhood of San Felices.
• 1:30 p.m. PAELLA CONTEST, organized by the San Felices de Bilibio Brotherhood.

• 5:30 p.m. Proclamation of GUAPA AND LADIES OF BILIBIO 2022.

• 5:00 p.m. In the Félix Rodríguez de La Fuente Park, CHILDREN'S CARP AND TROUT FISHING CONTEST. Organized by the Riojalteña Hunting and Fishing Society, for ages 12 to 16.
  Registration at the association office, the previous days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m. VESPERS AND SOLEMN NOVENA, in the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Vega, after the end, medals will be awarded to the brothers.
• 6:30 p.m. PELOTA FESTIVAL, in the Fronton of EL FERIAL, organized by the Riojana Pelota Federation, with the following matches:
  FIRST MATCH: small FRP.
  SECOND MATCH: members of the Women's Spanish Champion Team.

• 12:45 p.m. Departure of GIGANTES Y CABEZUDOS, from the Youth Center to the Plaza de la Paz, to liven up the chupinazo with the following route: Calle Virgen de la Vega, Jardines de la Vega, Panteón de los liberales, Avda. De la Rioja, Parque Pintores Tubia and Santamaría, Calle Cuevas, Calle Dos de Mayo, Plaza Garras, Calle Santo Tomás and Plaza de la Paz.
• 1:30 p.m. In the Plaza de la Paz, CAVA AND MOSTO TASTING, with the collaboration of Peña Los Veteranos.
• 2:00 p.m. INAUGURATION OF THE FESTIVALS, with the firing of the first rocket by the Jarrera Mayor, Jarrera Infantil and Ladies of the Jarrera Infantil, from the balcony of the Town Hall. Musical entertainment followed by the Plaza de la Paz and surrounding streets.
• 5:00 p.m. In the Jardines de la Vega CHILDREN'S PARK with inflatables from DIVERPRIX HARO
• 7:30 p.m. Tasting of TYPICAL RIOJANO PRODUCT, in the Plaza de la Paz, organized by Peña Los Veteranos.
• 7:45 p.m. Tour of the Corporation from the Plaza de la Paz to the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Vega, accompanied by the HARO MUNICIPAL MUSIC BAND.
• 8:00 p.m. VESPERS AND SALVE SOLEMNE, in the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Vega, sung by the HARO POLYPHONIC CHOIR.
• 9:30 p.m. In the Plaza de la Paz, PROCLAIM OF PARTIES, by the I.E.S CIUDAD DE HARO for the "effort that the institution makes in educational matters and for the development of Dual Training in Wine Tourism and for the recent award for the best 'Entrepreneurial Challenge ' at the Talent Tour held in Logroño, an act enlivened by the group PADDAM, a female tribute to Raphael.

• 9:30 a.m. Alegres Dianas, by the HARO MUNICIPAL MUSIC BAND.
• 10:00 a.m. SOLEMN PONTIFICAL MASS, in the BASILICA DE LA VEGA, sung by the HARO POLYPHONE CHOIR. Followed by traditional GRAPE TREADING, OFFERING OF THE FIRST MUST TO THE VIRGIN OF LA VEGA, OFFERING OF FLOWERS, AND COMPLIMENTARY COMPETITION, with the participation of Authorities, Brotherhoods, and Associations and the Municipal Music Band of Haro.
• 1:15 p.m. In the square of the Parroquia Santo Tomás Apostol, family show of Clown and Títyou are AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW.
• 1:30 p.m.; In the Plaza de la Paz, CONCERT, by the HARO MUNICIPAL MUSIC BAND.
• 8:15 p.m. Tour of the Corporation from the Plaza de la Paz to the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Vega, accompanied by the HARO MUNICIPAL MUSIC BAND.
• 8:30 p.m. Departure from the Basilica de la Vega OF THE SUMPTUOUS ROSARY OF GLASS LANTERNS (Feast Declared of Regional Tourist Interest) with the song of SAVE OUR LADY PATRON IN THE PLAZA DE LA PAZ, accompanied by the HARO MUNICIPAL MUSIC BAND. Once in the traditional Basilica, KISS HANDS AND DELIVERY OF EARS.
