Festival in honour of the Christ of Light, organised by the Town Hall and the Brotherhood of the Vera Cruz. Floral offering and procession of the Christ, popular meal with prior registration, and music for everyone.

Saturday 10 September

  • 15:00 hours. Popular meal, paella, dessert, can of soft drink. Tickets can be purchased at the Town Hall. Maximum 300 portions.
  • From 16:00 to 18:00 hours. Mobile disco. DJ Green.
  • From 23:30 to 03:00. Mobile disco. DJ Green.

Tuesday 13 September

  • 21:30 hours. Floral offering to the Blessed Sacrament, in the Church

Wednesday 14 September

  • 12:00 noon. Holy Mass.
  • 13:00 hours. Aperitif of Christ.
  • 22:00 hours. Procession of the Cristo de la Luz, through the streets of the village accompanied by music band.
  • 23:30 hours. Dance enlivened by the Duo Amanecer.

From the Town Council of Garciotum we are grateful for the collaboration of the Brotherhood of the Christ of the Light, who organise the floral offering, they also collaborate with 150 euros in the Christ's aperitif and 50% of the hiring of the music band for the procession, contributing with their activity to the maintenance of our tradition and our singular signs of identity.
