Program of Frailes Wine and Food Festival

Once a year, visitors can taste the local gastronomy, from homemade sausages to the most traditional confectionery, accompanied by local wines. These days bring together tradition, gastronomy and culture of the town of Frailes in Jaén.

Timetable of the Programme:

• The festival begins the day before with the presentation of the festival, followed by the opening speech.
• Later, there is a tasting of freshly made black pudding, wine tasting and local products in the picturesque neighbourhood of Plaza de los Toros.
• The next day the fairground is set up for the event, offering bar service and access to the stands of handmade products.
• At 14:00 h the tasting of the typical "olla podrida" and other food begins.
• In the afternoon the party continues with an orchestra.
