On the first Saturday of June, the pilgrims set off in carts towards the hermitage, spending Saturday and the night at 'Llano de las Marías' and attending a mass in honor of the patron saint. On Sunday, the winning cart will carry the patron saint of Coín back to the church amidst joyful singing and dancing.

On the first Saturday in June in the morning, the pilgrims leave in carts for the hermitage, very well dressed for the occasion.

Both oxcarts and tractors participate, and the path to reach the hermitage lasts several hours, arriving at the hermitage around lunch time. The pilgrims spend the entire Saturday afternoon and night in the “Llano de las Marías”, located next to the hermitage.

On Saturday late in the afternoon a mass is celebrated in honor of the patron saint. On Sunday afternoon, among songs, dances and joy, all the carts come back in procession to the town, with the winning cart in the contest being the one that carries the image of the Virgin of Fuensanta and takes it back to the church. , where it will remain until May 1 of the following year.

Every May 1, the patron saint is transferred to her hermitage.

Saturday June 8

Departure at 10:00 a.m. from Plaza Alameda, where the blessing of the pilgrims will be given. - 9:30 p.m. Mass officiated by Don José Amalio Gonzalez. Sung by the Brotherhood Choir.

Sunday June 9

12:00 p.m. Voting of the clubs to choose the winning cart. - 4:30 p.m. Transfer of Our Lady of Fuensanta to the cave, where she will wait for the winning cart that will take her to the parish of San Juan.
