During these days, Valverde de Leganés offers a wide range of activities for locals and visitors, including tastings, cooking shows, workshops and an interesting round table with the presence of prominent personalities from the livestock world. On the morning of Sunday 22nd, don't miss the transhumance route, which will begin with the traditional shepherd's breakfast, with some good 'migas extremeñas'.

But that's not all, as in any great fair, there will also be a large multi-sector market where, as well as the finest cheeses from all over Spain, you can find a variety of handicrafts and enjoy yourself in the canteens.
