A call open to all catering establishments in Tordesillas that usually prepare tapas and pinchos. Each establishment must present a Tapa, in which local and quality products must be given priority, and in addition, they must receive names from the saints' calendar.

After the success of previous years, Tordesillas celebrates the XI "ALL SANTOS" TAPAS CONTEST, from Friday the 27th to Monday the 30th of October.

The tapas can be tasted in participating establishments at the price of 2 euros each tapa (drinks not included). Each participant will present a single tapa during all the days of the contest from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. This is an open call to all restaurant establishments in Tordesillas that usually make tapas and pinchos.

Each establishment must present a tapa, in which local and quality products must prevail. Establishments are encouraged to be creative in the preparation of the tapa and in its name, and according to the chosen date the "All Saints' Bridge", the tapas must receive denominations of the saints, or that refer to to the lives of the Saints. Two juries, one Professional and the other Popular through the "mystery customer" system, will be in charge of voting for the winning tapas.

In this edition, three chefs with a long career and professional experience will join us as a professional jury: Nauzet Betancort Melián, Head Chef of the Gastobodega “El Hilo de Ariadna By Martín Berasategui” in Rueda. Óscar Herrero, Chef Instructor at the International Cooking School of the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid. Juan Antonio del Río, Manager and Chef of the Figón Restaurant in Tordesillas and winner of this contest in 8 of its 11 editions.

After finishing the contest, the winners will be presented with a diploma and a trophy. The winning establishment of the previous edition will not be eligible for the prize in this one.
